cFocus Software seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience performing systems analysis on enterprise IT systems.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and managing requirements in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience with requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and process modeling.
- Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and defect management.
- Familiarity with relational databases, data analysis, and reporting concepts.
- Experience supporting DoD or federal IT systems preferred.
- Knowledge of RMF, cybersecurity compliance, and privacy requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 (or higher) background investigation
- Lead systems analysis activities supporting sustainment, maintenance, and enhancement of DSAID.
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile development activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for DSAID workflows, business rules, data structures, and reporting.
- Analyze system impacts of vendor updates, configuration changes, and modernization initiatives.
- Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.
- Validate data integrity, data governance, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate closely with developers, QA, cybersecurity, and configuration management teams.
- Ensure requirements and system designs comply with Privacy Act, RMF, NIST SP 800-171, and DoD cybersecurity policies.
- Support Section 508 accessibility compliance for system features and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices and functional documentation.
- Support operational issue analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action planning.
- Participate in Government working groups, technical reviews, and stakeholder briefings.
- Support transition-in, knowledge transfer, and sustainment activities.
