cFocus Software seeks an IT Procurement Specialist to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

- Two (2) years of professional experience in acquisition support with preparing procurement packages and/or artifacts for the procuring activities.
- Experience in conducting market research, acquiring vendor quotes, and preparing, submitting, monitoring IT Purchase Requests via Navy Information Technology Approval System (NAV-ITAS)
- Active DoD IAT Level II certification
- Coordinate, manage, and track IT procurement requests and acquisitions in accordance with the PWS and applicable Navy policies.
- Prepare and process procurement documentation including purchase requests, justifications, statements of work (SOWs), and cost estimates.
- Ensure all procurements comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and DoD IT acquisition policies.
- Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and financial analysts to identify and validate IT procurement requirements.
- Perform market research and vendor analysis to identify cost-effective and compliant procurement solutions.
- Support development of acquisition strategies and assist in preparing solicitation and contract award documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate procurement and asset tracking records in approved Navy systems such as DON Tracker or DADMS.
- Coordinate with logistics and property management teams to ensure receipt, inventory, and deployment of IT equipment.
- Prepare procurement status reports and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in budget forecasting and financial planning related to IT acquisitions.
- Provide procurement support for software license renewals, maintenance agreements, and enterprise contracts.
- Ensure cybersecurity and configuration compliance for all IT procurements in coordination with security teams.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and complete procurement documentation and records.
- Train and mentor staff on procurement processes and Navy acquisition systems as required.
