cFocus Software seeks a Program Analyst to join our program supporting the Navy. This position is remote. This position requires active Secret clearance.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related discipline is preferred.
- 2+ years of work-related experience in management support.
- Demonstrated technical understanding and ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR, three (3) years of specialized experience in: financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes; integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects.
- Skill set requires demonstrating both a comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices along with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents utilizing the Microsoft (MS) Office suite of products.
- Experience in processing complex and lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns, participating in Technical Progress and Design Reviews and program technical meetings, and providing status and inputs to technical reports, white papers and meetings.
- Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and clean data for AI models.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and workflows.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI systems.
- Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide support for management activities.
- Analyze program data and performance metrics to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with the PWS.
- Support program planning, scheduling, and tracking activities to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Develop reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership, stakeholders, and external customers.
- Assist in budget planning, cost analysis, and resource allocation to optimize program performance.
- Coordinate with program managers, technical staff, and stakeholders to align program activities with mission objectives.
- Support risk assessments, issue resolution, and mitigation planning for program operations.
- Monitor contract deliverables, ensuring requirements are met in accordance with the PWS.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, best practices, and areas for process improvement.
- Prepare documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and program-related policies as required.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and reviews to support program accountability and compliance.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Develop performance dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate program status.
- Ensure compliance with federal, defense, and organizational regulations governing program execution.
- Stay informed on program management methodologies, tools, and emerging practices to support continuous improvement.
