FBI - Geospatial Support - Huntsville, AL - Full Time

cFocus Software seeks a Developer to join our program supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL. This position requires an Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
  • B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Geospatial Development experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Python, Spatial Data, & Spatial Analysis
Duties:
  • Proficiency with software development processes to enhance Enterprise GIS tools by writing scripts to automate geospatial tasks, such as data conversion, geocoding, and map production.
  • Design and maintain mapping applications within the Enterprise GIS platform.
  • Use scripting languages, such as Python, to automate geoprocessing workflows, manage spatial data, and perform spatial analysis.
  • Capable of utilizing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to perform data transformation and data management tasks.
  • Conduct testing, performance tuning, and maintenance of developed scripts and processes implemented in Enterprise GIS tools.
