cFocus Software seeks a Network Administrator to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in network administration or engineering
  • Experience with DoD enterprise networks and secure environments
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and firewall technologies
  • Experience supporting cloud networking (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or OCI)
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing systems
  • Ability to document and maintain network configurations and procedures
Duties:
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure supporting DSAID environments
  • Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network security devices
  • Support cloud networking in approved DoD Cloud Service Provider environments
  • Implement and maintain network security controls in compliance with RMF and STIGs
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; resolve incidents and outages
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes across environments
  • Participate in incident response, disaster recovery, and contingency planning
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
  • Support audits, inspections, and cybersecurity assessments
  • Coordinate with system administrators, cybersecurity staff, and application teams
