cFocus Software seeks a SME C51 Systems and Modernization Specialist to join our program supporting the US Navy. This position is remote. This position requires a Secret clearance.

Qualifications:
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other Engineering discipline
  • 10+ years of experience of Navy Modernization to include extensive knowledge of C5I systems, including system nomenclatures, versions and variants.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Navy ships, submarines, and shore commands including sub-commands, strike groups, and other Navy organizations.
  • Possess in-depth understanding of Navy system families, versions, and alterations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Navy Modernization Process, the C5I Modernization Process, and the Undersea Modernization Process.
Duties:
 
  • Responsible for providing subject matter expert support and technical expertise to support C5I baselining and C5I Modernization.
  • Responsible for attending relevant meetings with the C5I modernization as needed and providing information gathered at those meetings to the government on how it may impact the program.
  • Work with the government to act as a voice of the end user for C5I Modernization related content in NTIRA.
  • Provide data validation and necessary interpretation of data in support of data management activities for the program.
  • Responsible for and in coordination with the government, provide briefs, white papers, research collection, and analysis within the context of C5I Modernization.
  • Act as an advocate for NTIRA within the C5I Modernization community.
  • Coordinate with government on identifying capability gaps and requirements in support of the C5I Modernization community for inclusion in NTIRA.
