cFocus Software seeks a System Administrator to join our program supporting Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This position is remote. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • 3-5 Years of practical or relevant experience being a systems administrator within the AWS environment.
  • 3-5 Years of practical experience with Windows Server, Systems Center, and Active Directory.
  • Problem solver and troubleshooter that thrives in resolving complex problems.
  • Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Duties:
 
  • Responsible for the uptime of all applications and shall maintain, upgrade, and manage all Fleet H.O.M.E. software and related infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and provide technical support to resolve issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring security and efficiency of the Fleet H.O.M.E. architecture.
  • Systems Administrator will be required to stand up and support the cloud infrastructure supporting the Fleet H.O.M.E. application.
  • Manage all aspects of the Fleet H.O.M.E. operating systems including its comprehensive user access permissions.
  • Support the installation of cloud-based applications according to OAFM specifications and needs.
  • Support the DHS posture in protecting Fleet H.O.M.E. from data breaches or cybersecurity threats.
  • Update Fleet H.O.M.E. application security protocols.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the Fleet H.O.M.E. application
