cFocus Software seeks a Database Administrator to join our program supporting Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This position is remote. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • 3-5 Years of work experience as an Oracle Database administrator.
  • Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation within the AWS environment.
  • 3-5 Years of work experience in database backup procedures, recovery systems, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and APIs.
  • Problem solver and troubleshooter that thrives in resolving complex problems.
  • Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Duties:
 
  • Maintain the Oracle data warehouse to meet the reporting needs of the business and maintain the data model.
  • Conduct consistency and health checks to ensure the database is operating efficiently and conduct troubleshooting, debugging and corrective action when needed.
  • Design the schema to support the ingestion of new data sources identified by OAFM to support the Fleet Program and geospatial requirements of the application.
