cFocus Software seeks a VTC Integrator to join our program supporting the United States Air Force (USAF). This position is on-site in Linthicum Heights, MD. This position requires an Active TS/SCI clearance.

- B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience installing, integrating, operating, and maintaining VTC or unified communications systems.
- Knowledge of conferencing endpoints, audio/video components, signaling, and network dependencies.
- Ability to diagnose conferencing quality, connectivity, configuration, and interoperability issues.
- Experience conducting integration testing, operational checks, and post-change validation.
- Understanding of secure configuration, access controls, and classification-specific system boundaries.
- Experience with service ticketing, incident escalation, inventory, and configuration documentation.
- Ability to develop clear procedures and provide practical assistance to conferencing users.
- Strong technical communication and coordination skills for working across engineering and support teams
- Gather conferencing requirements and assess room, endpoint, network, and telecommunications dependencies with users and technical stakeholders.
- Support VTC solution designs and integration plans consistent with Government-approved architecture, security requirements, and mission needs.
- Install, configure, integrate, and maintain approved conferencing endpoints, audio/video components, control interfaces, and supporting connectivity.
- Coordinate network settings, bandwidth, routing, and firewall dependencies with authorized network administrators to support reliable conferencing.
- Maintain separation and approved connectivity for conferencing environments at applicable classification levels; follow approved handling and access procedures.
- Manage and fulfill video and telecommunications service requests; support scheduled conferences, connection checks, user assistance, and technical escalation.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, endpoint, signaling, and connectivity issues; coordinate restoration with service desk, infrastructure teams, and service providers.
- Conduct integration and operational tests to verify functionality, interoperability, audio/video quality, and readiness following approved changes.
- Apply approved updates, patches, and configuration baselines; coordinate vulnerability remediation and security validation with cybersecurity personnel.
- Monitor assigned conferencing services and supporting infrastructure; maintain logs and report degradation, outages, and operational risks.
- Document incidents and service requests in the Government-approved ticketing system; maintain status, resolution details, and performance data.
- Maintain equipment inventories, configuration records, connection diagrams, and installation documentation; track repairs, additions, removals, and changes.
- Develop and update troubleshooting guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user instructions, and support knowledge content for Government review.
- Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, repairs, and integration improvements based on performance, lifecycle condition, and mission requirements.
- Support approved infrastructure changes and provide technical records for configuration control, security assessments, and system authorization activities.
