cFocus Software seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst to join our program supporting the United States Air Force (USAF). This position is on-site in Linthicum Heights, MD. This position requires an Active TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience supporting KM, enterprise repositories, knowledge bases, or organizational information sharing.
  • Ability to gather stakeholder needs and develop KM strategies, procedures, and measurable objectives.
  • Experience organizing content, applying metadata, validating information, and maintaining updates.
  • Ability to develop dashboards, analyze usage and performance metrics, and prepare clear reports.
  • Understanding of workflow automation, BI data aggregation, and technical team coordination.
  • Experience developing training materials, conducting user training, and supporting system adoption.
  • Knowledge of information governance, records lifecycles, access controls, and secure data handling.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and facilitation skills for coordinating mission and technical stakeholders.
Duties:
  • Draft and recommend a knowledge management strategy, including goals and performance metrics, for Government review and final approval.
  • Gather and document stakeholder knowledge needs and translate them into repository, content, workflow, reporting, and training requirements.
  • Support the design, build, and implementation of a knowledge management repository under Government-approved requirements and architectural standards.
  • Develop and maintain capabilities for capturing and disseminating knowledge in accordance with approved policies and procedures; coordinate implementation with technical teams.
  • Organize repository content using approved tagging, metadata, and classification standards. Coordinate with data governance and records management personnel on handling and lifecycle requirements.
  • Maintain and update knowledge-base content and frequently asked questions using Government-approved information and sources; verify accuracy, relevance, and consistency with content owners.
  • Develop and configure dashboards that provide insights and track performance against Government-defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows with technical teams to aggregate authorized data from multiple business intelligence (BI) tools and generate reports and alerts for Government personnel.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training on approved KM systems, policies, and procedures; collect feedback and recommend improvements to adoption and usability.
  • Monitor KM system health, performance, and usage; perform assigned routine maintenance, investigate issues, and coordinate corrective actions with developers and operations personnel.
  • Analyze knowledge usage, content gaps, and performance trends; recommend improvements to information quality, knowledge sharing, and decision support.
  • Support training, testing, and evaluation of AI models for KM functions using Government-furnished data under Government-approved guidelines and objectives.
  • Maintain process documentation and support applicable information, knowledge, and records management standard operating procedures for Government review.
  • Coordinate authorized access and secure content handling with system owners and cybersecurity teams. Support approved change controls and protect information within applicable security boundaries.
