cFocus Software seeks a Systems Administrator CAS Program Lead Senior to join our program supporting the US Navy. This position is onsite in Suffolk, VA. This position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- 10+ years of experience providing Tiers I, II, and III Systems Administrator services across a variety of hardware platforms and software programs.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience working with Windows Server; MS Office, Symantec Endpoint, and other third party tools.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Information Assurance (IA) security procedures, which may include scanning and mitigating actions.
- Experience working with TeamStudio, Tomcat, JIRA, or similar software (SourceSafe, CVS, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in a software testing environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing progressively more complex and/or multiple technical programs/projects and responsible for management and control of schedules, performance, and personnel, communicating and interfacing with customers, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Active cloud certification
- Active DoD IAT II/III certification
Duties:
- Install and maintain operating systems and virtual servers in AWS cloud environment or other cloud environments as needed.
- Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of cloud resources, network, and server resources and systems.
- Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
- Analyze server resource consumption. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses configuration management in coordination with Security Specialist.
- May assist in cloud instance and application modeling, analysis, and planning.
- Responsible for tracking instances, cloud data daily usage, existing cloud services performance, and compliance with necessary network and cloud provider requirements.
- Coordinate with Security Specialist to apply patches, IAVAs, and other fixes to ensure cybersecurity hygiene and compliance.
- Responsible for identifying, implementing, and monitoring cloud services for backups, automated cloud processes, snapshots, and other relevant system monitoring and management activities.
- Responsible for coordinating with cloud providers to ensure availability of development, test, and production instances.
- Coordinate with cloud providers and create service desk tickets as necessary to ensure smooth operation of the system.
- Responsible for deploying packages to the pre-production and productions servers in coordination with software developers.
- Document server issues in Jira software or other agreed upon issue tracking software.
- Responsible for incident management for the system.
