cFocus Software seeks a DevSecOps Engineer/Developer, Senior to join our program supporting the US Navy. This position is onsite in Suffolk, VA. This position requires a Secret clearance.

- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience providing software development support in a web-based, cloud-based environment, including the ability to design, code, test and implement custom web applications.
- Experience in development of RESTful APIs and development of web services.
- Direct technical experience in developing and building Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines including automated test and security toolsets, containers, container orchestration and security, cloud-based toolsets for DevSecOps and containers, and information security frameworks and standards.
- Experience versioning software with TeamStudio CIAO!, TeamStudio Delta, Atlassian Bitbucket or similar Git based repository.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira or similar issue and project tracking software.
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence or similar knowledge management software..
- Active DoD IAT II/III certification
Duties:
- Responsible for integrating the CAS and NTIRA products functions and resources across the software life cycle to include the development and management of Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Serve as the primary expert and implementation engineer of the automation tools for CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide recommendations and technical advice to the government on automation tools and provide recommended solutions.
- Define and set development, test, security, release, and update deployment processes within the context of automating the CAS and NTIRA software lifecycles.
- Monitor processes and pipelines for adherence and opportunities for improvement during the entire lifecycle.
- Work with the government and Security Specialist and be responsible for applying necessary cybersecurity to the CI/CD pipelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with the rest of the team to include all functional areas to ensure compliance and understanding of the use of the automation tools.
- Monitor and report progress and implementation metrics to the government
