System Architect - TS/SCI + CI Polygraph Required

cFocus Software seeks a System Architect to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's prefe1Ted) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8-12 years of experience in system architecture
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Experience designing cloud-native architectures and microservices
  • Proficient in multiple technology stacks and integration patterns
  • Strong understanding of security architecture and compliance requirements
  • Relevant ce1iifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF) preferred

Duties:
  • Designs and defines system architectures for complex enterprise applications and infrastructure.
  • Develops architectural blueprints, technical standards, and integration strategies.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and makes recommendations for system modernization.
  • Ensures architectural alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and mission objectives.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams
