Technical Trainer / Knowledge Manager - TS/SCI + CI Polygraph Required

cFocus Software seeks a Technical Trainer/Knowledge Manager to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field with 4-12+ years of technical training experience
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training programs
  • Proficient in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience with adult learning principles and training evaluation
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts

Duties:
  • Develops and delivers technical training programs for mission applications and systems.
  • Creates training materials including presentations, hands-on labs, videos, and quick reference guides.
  • Conducts training needs assessments and develops curriculum aligned with user requirements.
  • Delivers instructor-led training, virtual training, and self-paced learning modules.
  • Manages learning management systems and tracks training completion.
  • Implements knowledge management practices to capture and disseminate lessons learned.
  • Facilitates user communities and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Evaluates training effectiveness and implements continuous improvement.
